Through the contact form on the vnltrans.bg website we process the data you provide to us yourself:

• name;
• email address;
• subject and content of your enquiry.

When you visit the website, technical data (for example, IP address and cookies) may also be processed automatically, in accordance with the "Cookies" section below.

3. The purposes for which we process the data

We process your data in order to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quote for a transport or moving service, and to maintain correspondence with you regarding your specific request.

• For processing an enquiry submitted via the contact form — on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry received (Art. 6(1)(e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)).
